The cloud skin trend was popularised by Korean celebrities and Korean beauty influencers. It takes its inspiration from glass skin but goes one step further, aiming for soft, airy skin that seems to float on the face.
Makeup artist Dominic Skinner helped popularise the term. Using techniques such as layering, choosing the right products and a suitable facial massage, he showed how to achieve a luminous, smooth complexion similar to a baby's skin.
