How are reviews checked?
Every review is read and moderated by Haru & Bom before publication. We publish both positive and negative reviews and only reject those that are abusive, off-topic, contain personal data or are not about the product.
The “Verified purchase” badge means we found an order for this product. Reviews without this badge could not be matched to an order. Reviews matched to an order earn 125 Bomi Club points (one review per product purchased), whatever rating is given. “Rewarded review” means the reviewer received something else in return (free product or discount code).
Reviews published before September 2026 come from our previous review tool and keep their original date.
